New Zealand delivery

We deliver online orders within New Zealand from 11a/1 Stark Drive, Wigram, Christchurch 8042.

For orders under $50, residential delivery is $7.50 and rural delivery is $10. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard residential or rural delivery. All amounts are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Applicable discounts and the final delivery charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

Please select the correct residential or rural delivery option. If the option does not match your address, we will contact you before dispatch to explain any difference. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Any separately agreed prescription-service delivery arrangement will be explained when we organise that service.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed subject to stock availability, payment confirmation and any necessary pharmacist checks. Prescription orders may require a valid prescription or further information before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Rural delivery, public holidays and courier disruptions may affect timing. If you need a medicine urgently, contact our pharmacy before ordering to check whether delivery is suitable.

Address details and delivery problems

Please provide a complete delivery address and current contact details. Contact us promptly to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
