About Pharmacy Now

This website is operated by LD Group Ltd trading as Pharmacy Now, NZBN 9429050852420, at 11a/1 Stark Drive, Wigram, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand. These terms apply to online purchases and our online pharmacy services.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and applicable discounts are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed through Windcave using the methods displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Supply remains subject to availability, payment confirmation and any necessary legal or pharmacist checks. If there is an availability issue, pricing error or other problem, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the items we cannot supply and applicable delivery charges.

Medicines and pharmacy services

Ordering or paying for a medicine does not guarantee that it can be supplied. Supply is subject to applicable legal requirements and professional pharmacist assessment. We may need a valid prescription or information about identity, age, symptoms, allergies or other medicines before supply. A pharmacist may contact you or an appropriate healthcare professional where permitted.

Please provide accurate information and tell our pharmacy team about relevant changes before supply. Funding eligibility, service availability and any charges will be explained before the relevant service is provided.

Website information is general information and does not replace advice tailored to you by a pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Follow the directions supplied with your medicine and contact our pharmacist if anything is unclear. Our website and contact forms are not emergency services.

Delivery, returns and consumer rights

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy explain delivery and available remedies. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges on OTC medicines, vitamins or dietary supplements, including unopened and unused products, or on prescription medicines.

Nothing in these terms or policies excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Accounts and website use

Keep account access details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security or submit information you are not authorised to provide. Website content belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use it for personal purposes and as otherwise permitted by law.

Privacy, updates and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and health information. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an existing order. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
